• Primary documents over commentary
• Direct citation of authorities
• Clear separation of evidence and interpretation
• Preservation of original records
• Absence/refusal to produce documents is treated as evidential
• No substitution for courts, regulators, or institutions

Limits

• No claim to sovereignty or governmental authority
• No legal advice or instruction
• No advocacy of unlawful action
• No political campaigning (external actors may cite TSNS)
