The Sovereign Nation of Shetland The Sovereign Nation of Shetland brings an extra £76 million into the Shetland economy - equivalent to £7,600 per household. The Sovereign Nation of Shetland means a higher standard of living. It means petrol and diesel about half the current price. It means goods and services about 20% less. It means fair money with real value and interest-free loans that do not line bankers' pockets. It means fair justice. It means putting the power directly in the hands of the people. It means direct control over our representatives and the money they spend on our behalf. None of those seeking votes in the UK election can offer this. We live in a system backed by nothing more than naked force, where nobody has any proof that Shetland is part of Scotland. Judges at every level have shown themselves willing to stop at nothing to avoid the question. We have been duped. You were duped into registering to vote by people who have no proof of their authority. DON'T WASTE YOUR VOTE. You cannot vote directly for The Sovereign Nation, but you can do so indirectly. Go to the polling booth with a (preferably large, red) felt-tip pen and write SNS across the ballot paper. Spoiled papers will be counted. This is not about changing our government, it's about changing our society.
