NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND OPPORTUNITY TO CURE
You yourself have made no response to my letter of 3 October 2013 and your department has made no substantive response, but has replied on behalf of Shetland Islands Council. There is no need for discussion as Susan Brunton suggests because the matter has been settled in the courts.
As a result of your failure to respond I am now entitled to presume that Shetland Islands Council is operating as agent of an illegal regime. You and the entire Council are now under personal bar preventing you from denying this in future.
Should you wish to reconsider your position, please respond within seven days of your receipt of this Notice. Kindly respond without referring me elsewhere.
Any of these callings not answered will be founded upon.
